Food, Inc.

Thanks to my friend Kassie at Crunchy Apples who posted this YouTube video about a movie on how processing of food has fundamentally changed the food we eat . Food, Inc. is in theaters now, although mostly in theaters that show arty films. It is coming to video on September 15th. It is SOOOOOOO up my alley. Happy weekend everyone.
