Gluten Free Almond Banana Bread (GFCF & SCD)

I found this easy recipe for banana bread by Bart Hansen on scd.org. I haven't tried the bread yet, but the batter is delicious. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and have some.

• 3 cups of almond flour
• 1/3 cup honey (or 1/3 c. agave)
• 3 eggs
• 2 mashed bananas
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup of walnuts (optional)

Line a bread pan with parchment and grease with coconut oil. Bake for an hour at 350 degrees F (180 C). I made this recipe in a cake pan and baked it for 50 minutes.

Just wanted to thank you for this recipe. I have been making it several times per week for several months and my husband loves it. (We make muffins out of it)
