- 1 bunch kale-fold in half and cut stalk out then cut into pieces the size of tortilla chips
- olive oil
Wash and dry kale.
Cut stalk out of kale.
Cut kale into chip size pieces.
Spread kale out on a baking sheet.
Spray with olive oil or toss with olive oil if you don't have a spray bottle.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy and edges are brown.
