Kelly,
Some practioners feel that eating raw kale and other goitrogenic greens should be avoided and only eaten cooked, for the hormonal health of children and adults. What is your opinion on that?

I have had two mothers if 5 year olds complain to me in the past week that their kids only eat pasta and bread and no protein or veggies, is your book a good book for them?
