We are trying to find the best gluten free/dairy free pancake mix out there as part of our "Project Pack Up for Camp!" Our "pack up" is a group effort by the camp and all the gluten free parents. Anyway, I thought I would try to do some online research and get suggestions from readers on their favorite brands of pancake mix. Companies can also send me a box of pancake mix to review. All pancake mixes sent will be part of the review and have a write up and they will be ranked!
I usually make a homemade Easy Pancake Mix which makes six small pancakes--but I am looking forward to finding a store bought mix!
