Gluten Free Orzo is hard to find and this
Edison Organic Quinoa Orzo is the first I have ever seen. The ingredients listed in this product are: Organic Rice and Quinoa. Many people have asked me for a recommendation for gluten free orzo over the years and sadly I have not found any--until now. This product is not labeled gluten free on the package but it is free from gluten ingredients and it is listed as gluten free on the Edison Grainery website. We found this Edison Organic Orzo at

I've very excited to try this! How did you serve it? I usually make a creamy orzo cooked with stock and herbs and parm cheese, but I'd love to try something new.
